Petty cash handling always remains a headache for any accounting team especially when they need to keep track of the bills associated with it for future usage. FactsERP’s EBM module enabled with an effective document management system named FactsSCAN will be a helpful tool for every accounts team. Petty Cash Imprest Voucher (PCIV) - Basically to book the imprest payment to employees/ agents as advance for meeting the company expenses
Expense Bills Journal (EBJ) - When the bill produced by the employee/ agent, a serial numbered barcode will be affixed on its backside to be used for scanning and attaching with the document
Daily Cash Closing (DCC) – Interface to encode relevant information from the bills like amount, VAT amount, supplier, TRN# etc
