The software handles all human resource aspects of the company like leaves management and payroll calculations, documents expiry tracking, salary structurer calculation, WPS generation and integration with compatible time management system and other mechanisms.

Some of the other features that were added to the existing system are the task management module, employee self service web portal, performance appraisal module and integration of the HCM system with the existing ERP used by the company.
