Seeking a holistic solution, they turned to FACTS Computer Software House LLC, a renowned ERP software company in Dubai, known for its cutting-edge product, FactsERP.

Challenges

The company faced multiple challenges, they are the following:

Inventory Management Pains: The client faced challenges in managing both periodic and location-wise inventory, leading to potential discrepancies and operational inefficiencies.
Financial Process Bottlenecks: The company struggled with cumbersome financial processes, hindering the seamless flow of day-to-day operations.
Sales and Purchase Operations: The intricacies of managing sales and purchase operations, especially in multiple currencies, created complexities that required a streamlined solution.
Document Management: Document handling, attachment management, and document-based searches were proving to be time-consuming and error-prone.

Solution

To address the perfume distributor company’s diverse challenges, we implemented a comprehensive ERP solution, consisting of the following modules: Finance, Sales, Purchase, and Store Management.

Finance Module: The finance module was customized to meet Beauty Aroma’s requirements, including the use of the UAE Dirham (AED) as the base currency. We introduced a moving average cost method for accurate financial tracking, ensuring transparency and precision in cost management.

Sales and Purchase Module: FactsERP facilitated efficient sales and purchase operations, handling transactions in multiple currencies effortlessly. This streamlined approach enhanced accuracy, reduced errors, and provided a real-time view of financial transactions.

Inventory Module: To address periodic and location-wise inventory challenges, our ERP solution introduced a sophisticated inventory management system. Stock master coding started from 1000, and auto-generation of stock codes and descriptions based on grouping streamlined the process.
